Dried apricots

Dried apricots contain (100 g): water – 20 g, carbohydrates – 60 g, proteins – 5 g, fats – 0.4 g. Dried apricots can’t boast a great variety of vitamins, except vitamins А and С, and also vitamins of the В group, but they contain a large number of mineral substances: magnesium, iron, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and other, as well as pectin, fiber and organic acids.

These berries are particularly valuable due to the content of coumarins with predominance of oxicoumarins which normalize the blood clotting process.
